Paul Park

Paul Park is Founder and CEO at American Dream Builders Now Inc. (501C3). As a “Gold Miner,” Paul’s mission is to search and help develop hidden potentials, inspire and motivate and train others to renew hopes and maximize potentials, to dream big and achieve their purpose-driven lives.  He believes “If you can dream it, you can do it. Build your dream and it will build you.”

Mr. Park volunteered for 5 years teaching Career Focus Now programs for seniors and MBA students at Cal State Long Beach Business School, has been Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual in Newport Beach for 35 years, and served as Managing Director in Cerritos, CA. Prior to this, he was LA District Manager for General Electric Information Services Co and Branch Manager in Pittsburg, PA. Mr. Park graduated from University of Toledo, Ohio with MS in Industrial Engineering and Management. He had BS in Chemical Engineering from Yonsei University in Seoul Korea.

The AAPA Mentorship Program is a 12-month program that provides diverse professionals with one-on-one mentoring, leadership training, and networking opportunities for career advancement. Through the Mentorship Program, you’ll receive the mentorship, guidance, and training for your career mobility and inclusion in management and leadership pipelines. Elevate your potential and productivity. Improve critical leadership and soft skills for career advancement through the management ranks.

The AAPA Board Leadership Program is a 6-month leadership development program that provides diverse professionals with the skills, knowledge and networks to be an effective nonprofit board member. Deepen your connections with professionals and executives. Be part of a pipeline of diverse leaders and board members. Provide strategic resources and specialized expertise to strengthen the nonprofit while making a positive impact in the community.

The AAPA Toastmasters Club is a public speaking group that is open to everyone in the community and meets every other Saturday. Become a better speaker and presenter, improve your impromptu speaking skills, communicate your confidence, and develop your leadership skills.
